Dubberly Associates, Inc. is a library consulting and research firm based in Atlanta. We provide services to help our clients achieve their full potential. We do this by assembling and deploying specialized consulting teams to work with our clients in identifying and developing the right vision, mission, priorities, strategies, organization, competencies, resources, and facilities for serving their customers. Our service goal is relevant excellence in response to each client's specific needs.

Mr. Dubberly is the former director of three library systems of varying sizes. Thus, he has a deep understanding of library systems and their needs. He led the Atlanta - Fulton [County] Public Library System (35-branches) for ten years; the Seattle Public Library (22-branches) for 12 years; and the Sioux City (Iowa) Public Library (seven-branches) for six years. He is a former administrator for the Riverside County Library System (California) and the Jersey City Free Public Library (New Jersey). He has also worked with the Baltimore County Public Library as a branch manager and administrative assistant to the Director. He also worked with the Jacksonville Public Library (Florida) in various positions before receiving his M.L.S. degree.
